    The intelligent glass cutting assembly line consists of three major systems:the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. The glass cutting process isautomated and can quickly and accurately perform picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking. Optional functions include automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, laser marking, etc. Suitable for straight and irregular cutting of flat glass in construction, decoration,home appliances, mirror splicing, handicrafts, and other fields.
    The workflow is as follows: The loading machine adopts mechanical flipping, and the glass raw sheets to be processed are removed from the material rack through vacuum suction cups and dropped onto the loading platform. Transport the glass to the cutting platform through the rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform. The tool box on the crossbeam of the cutting machine is driven by a servo motor to move the tool at high speed in the X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor rotates to control the tool's tangent trajectory, and at the same time, analog signals are used to control the tool pressure and depth. The four axes move simultaneously for cutting. After the cutting is completed, the glass is transported to the air floating breaking table for breaking by the air floating formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the breaking table.

Loading machine

    The loading machine is mainly used for automatic glass picking, safely separating the glass raw sheets on the glass frame, transforming them from vertical to horizontal, and transferring them towards the cutting table.
    The workflow is as follows: place the glass in the designated position, give the pick-up signal, the upper arm flips upwards through the flipping mechanism, and the whole machine starts to move forward. When the sensing device on the lower arm contacts the glass, the whole machine stops moving; The vacuum pump starts suction work, and after suction, the suction cup 
arm lifts, the walking motor retracts, and the flipping arm flips down to level the glass. The suction cup blows air and the glass falls onto the conveyor wheel; Horizontal transmission positioning, wait for the cutting machine to start conveying signals before conveying to the cutting table. The entire homework process is controlled by PLC.
Equipment composition organization:
  It mainly consists of eight parts: frame mechanism, flipping mechanism, suction cup lifting mechanism, X-axis walking mechanism, Y-axis walking mechanism, conveying mechanism, vacuum and pneumatic control system, and electrical control system.

Functional description:

can be controlled when abnormalities occur to ensure that an alarm is triggered in case of vacuum abnormalities and that the glass is in a vacuum pumping state; Ensure that the vacuum suction cup is in a vacuum state when there is glass during emergency parking to avoid glass damage caused by abnormal shutdown;
  2.Operation mode:The device has two functions to choose from: automatic mode and manual mode, which are convenient and intuitive to operate;

Flip angle: adjustable from 95 to 98 degrees. Can meet various angles of glass frame mounting.

has a long service life. The contacts are spark-free and noise-free, effectively reducing electromagnetic interference and running stably. It has good waterproof, shockproof and corrosion-resistant properties and can adapt to industrial environments. It is flexible to install and has stable performance. It is a sensing device for precision detection.
  6.Anti strip: A unique lifting device that prevents glass scratches and strip defects caused by lifting actions.

Parameter settings: The loading sequence and number of pieces per workstation can be digitally and automatically set, and can be connected to the cutting machine for fully automatic operation. The equipment will automatically move and pick up pieces, achieving uninterrupted and continuous loading without repeated operations, making it more convenient and efficient.

The working principle of the cutting machine is to transport the cut glass from theconveyor belt to the worktable, and automatically record the position of the glass through the photoelectric scanning system. Then, the cutting head with diamond wheel on the tool box is controlled by the program to move along the X and Y directions respectively, cutting the substrate. The control part of the machine adopts a CNC motion controller, and the drive part applies advanced servo motors.
