3. Main Structural Characteristics
The roller component of this equipment features a screw mechanism that enhances production efficiency. Constructed with premium quality rubber and steel pipes, its transmission system promises superior performance, straightforward operation, and hassle-free maintenance.
4. Main Components
This machine comprises several integral parts including input, output, heating, roller pressing, transmission, and other essential elements.
4.1 Input and Output
This section serves a vital role in linking the glass between different stages and facilitating its transfer for subsequent procedures in the hot pressing cycle.
4.2. Heating Part
Composed of a steel roller and heating framework, this section elevates the glass surface temperature to approximately 55°C before it advances to the roller pressure area for further processing.
4.3 Roller Pressure Part
Featuring a press roller, lead screw, and frame, this segment shapes the insulating glass as it progresses through the machine.
4.4 Transfer Part
Employing a chain drive system, the transfer mechanism utilizes a reducer and frequency converter to regulate speed, significantly minimizing power while ensuring stable glass conveyance.
4.5 Electrical System
5. Working Environment
For optimal performance, the hot press should be stationed indoors on a stable, dry cement floor, free from corrosive gases, with ambient temperatures between 15°C-35°C, and access to 380V, 50Hz electrical and water supply.
6. Handling and Storage
To preserve the performance and precision of the hot press, adhere to the following guidelines during lifting and storage:
6.1 Points to Consider During Transportation:
6.1.1 Ensure the secure fixation of the hot press and its components within the packaging box to prevent damage from internal collisions.
6.1.2 During storage and transport, utilize lifting soft ropes as indicated by signs and strive to prevent collisions in transit.
6.2 Storage
6.2.1 To ensure the utmost care and longevity of your insulating glass hot press, it should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse. Under no circumstances should it be stored alongside corrosive substances. If outdoor storage is necessary, implement stringent rain and moisture-proof measures to protect your investment.
6.2.2 Sealing: Guarantee the equipment remains pristine and free from rust due to improper packaging for up to three months. If the storage period exceeds this duration, ensure to re-seal the equipment to retain its integrity.
7. Installation and Commissioning
7.1 Installation
7.1.1 Unpacking: Upon opening the container, carefully relocate the insulating glass hot press and its packaging base to a designated safe area. Employ appropriate transport tools to position the hot press accurately, and ensure it is laid flat for stability.
7.1.2 Grounding
For optimal safety and performance, ensure the hollow glass hot pressing machine is properly grounded. Utilize a yellow and green double-stranded soft copper wire (insulator) with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 square mm. Post-grounding, the resistance between the machine and the main ground point should not exceed 0.1 ohms.
7.1.3 Connecting the Power Supply: The equipment requires a 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire electrical system to function effectively.
7.2 Adjustment: Begin by connecting the equipment securely, followed by leveling the entire machine to ensure optimal operation.
8. Use and Operation
Before commencing operation, confirm that the equipment is functioning normally. Prior to shutdown, allow the equipment to run unloaded for 2 minutes to assess its technical status, then proceed to power off and stop.
9. Maintenance and Maintenance
Regular lubrication of the drive shaft is essential to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
10. Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods
