1.The board surface is made of high-density composite board, and the side is equipped with a waterproof structure, making it strong and durable.
2. Universal backrest wheels facilitate the use of large glass on gantry cranes and suction cranes.
3. The wear-resistant transmission wheel is equipped with a spring device to reduce friction with the glass, making it durable. The stepped transmission wheel prevents the glass from being damaged when the glass is installed.
4. It uses a variable-frequency drive motor, which is stable and efficient.
5. It can automatically identify LOW-E and coated glass and is equipped with an alarm device: it is equipped with a stop photoelectric device, a measuring device to measure the thickness and size of the glass, and the brush and air knife automatically open according to the thickness of the glass.

Paragraph 02 (Cleaning and Drying Section)
1.The entire cleaning section is equipped with thickened stainless steel boxes, which are sturdy and durable.
2.The cleaning section is equipped with 9 motors. Each of the 6 motors drives the 6 brushes to rotate independently. The brushes correspond one-to-one with the motors, ensuring stability and high efficiency.
3. Three pairs of brushes, alternating between soft and hard ones, can clean single silver and double silver low-e glass.
4. It adopts universal nozzles, which can thoroughly clean without dead corners. It is equipped with water heating to ensure effective cleaning in winter.
5. All the accessories in the cleaning tank are made of stainless steel and aluminum to prevent rust and aging and enhance durability.
6. The bottom base of the cleaning box adopts a double-layer hollowed-out design to prevent water accumulation and extend the service life of the bearings.
7. The spray pipe and the inlet pipe of the cleaning tank are connected with stainless steel to prevent aging.
8. Seals are installed on all bearings in the cleaning section: upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers to prevent water and glass dust from entering the bearings.
9. The drying section adopts aluminum profile air knives, with very uniform and dense air output, ensuring that each surface of the glass is effectively dried.
10. It is equipped with a 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan, which is highly efficient and energy-saving. The box is equipped with a sound-absorbing device to reduce noise pollution.
When the glass stays at the position of the air knife, the air outlet will automatically close to prevent air knife marks and improve the quality of the glass.
12. According to the advance thickness measurement in Paragraph 01, when the brush and air knife are fully extended to the corresponding thickness of the glass, it can clean glass with a thickness of 3 to 30mm.

The plate pressing frame and the plate surface are processed multiple times to ensure the flatness of the plate surface pressing, and the diagonal error of the glass after pressing is extremely small.
2. The plate pressing is controlled by a servo motor. The servo synchronous pressing uses a ball screw to ensure that the two plate surfaces are pressed parallel. For processing insulating glass of different sizes, a pressing torque function is provided, and the holding time can also be adjusted according to the size of the glass. The pressing is precise and fast.
3. The photoelectric system automatically recognizes the length and height of the glass, determines the number of opening gas valves based on the size of the glass, and seals both sides to achieve maximum gas conservation, improve gas utilization rate and gas filling efficiency.
The average inflation rate of the glass can reach over 90%, and the inflation efficiency is 3 to 5 seconds per square meter, which is highly efficient and fast. The double-plate pressing is precisely controlled by servo motors, which can ensure the flatness of the double-plate surface pressing.
5. The double-plate pressing system features two workstations. Both plate presses can operate independently and press different types of glass separately.
6. The double-plate pressing linkage can move forward and backward simultaneously to press large glass, meeting the production requirements of super-large glass.
