3. Main structural characteristics
Crafted with precision, the equipment's roller section employs a screw structure to substantially boost the yield of insulating glass. The transmission component is ingeniously engineered using premium quality rubber and superior steel pipe, ensuring the machine's reliability, ease of operation, and straightforward maintenance.
4. Main components
This sophisticated machine is comprised of several essential components, including the input, output, heating, and roller pressing sections, as well as the comprehensive transmission system.
4.1 Input and Output
The input and output sections are strategically designed to seamlessly transfer glass from one process to the next during the critical hot pressing phase, ensuring efficiency and precision.
4.2. Heating part
The heating component features a robust steel roller complemented by upper and lower heating frames. It expertly heats the glass surface to approximately 55 °C before directing it to the roller pressure section for further processing.
4.3 Roller pressure part
The roller pressure section is meticulously composed of a press roller, lead screw, and frame. It is where the glass undergoes precision shaping into insulating glass.
4.4 Transfer Part
Boasting a sophisticated chain drive transmission system, powered by a reducer and frequency converter, this part effectively adjusts the output speed, significantly minimizing power consumption and ensuring the stable transmission of glass throughout the process.
4.5 Electrical system: The machine is equipped with an independent electric control cabinet, facilitating centralized management and ensuring safe, efficient operation.
5. Working environment
To maintain optimal performance, the insulating glass hot press should be stationed on a stable, dry, and non-corrosive indoor cement floor, within a temperature range of 15ºC-35ºC, and must be equipped with a 380V, 50Hz power supply and access to water.
6. Handling and storage
To preserve the insulating glass hot press's performance and precision, it is crucial to adhere to the following guidelines during lifting and storage:
6.1 Matters to be noted during transportation:
6.1.1 Ensure that the insulating glass hot press, along with its spare parts and accessories, are securely fastened within the packing box to avert any damage resulting from collisions.
6.1.2 When storing and transporting, always employ the lifting soft rope according to the designated lifting signs, and take precautions to avoid collisions during transit.
6.2 Storage
6.2.1 The insulating glass hot press demands a pristine environment for optimal storage. Ensure it resides in a well-aired, dry warehouse, far from corrosive substances. In outdoor settings, implement robust rain and moisture barriers to safeguard the equipment.
6.2.2 Sealing: Preserve the pristine condition of the equipment by ensuring it remains rust-free through diligent packaging for up to three months. For storage extending beyond this period, a comprehensive resealing is essential to maintain its integrity.
7. Installation and commissioning
7.1 Installation
7.1.1 Unpacking: Carefully unpack the container and strategically relocate the insulating glass hot press along with its packaging base to a secure position. Using appropriate transport tools, position the hot press accurately and ensure it is correctly leveled.
7.1.2 Grounding
For ultimate safety, the hollow glass hot pressing machine must be securely grounded. Use a yellow and green double-stranded soft copper body insulator with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 square mm. Post-grounding, ensure the resistance between the machine body and the main ground point is under 0.1 ohms for optimal performance.
7.1.3 Connecting the Power Supply: Ensure a stable power setup with a 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire system to power the machine effectively.
7.2 Adjustment: Begin by connecting the equipment, and proceed to meticulously level the entire machine to ensure flawless operation.
8. Use and operation
Prior to use, meticulously inspect the equipment to confirm it is in impeccable working condition. Before shutting down, allow the machine to operate in no-load mode for 2 minutes to monitor its technical status, then proceed to power down and cease operations.
9. Maintenance and maintenance
Regularly lubricate the drive shaft to ensure smooth and efficient operation, preventing wear and tear over time.
10. Common faults and troubleshooting methods
To empower users with the knowledge to swiftly identify and rectify common faults in the horizontal thermal sealing machine, we provide an analysis of typical faults, their causes, and elimination methods (refer to Table 1). For complex issues, use a blend of this guide, specific situation assessments, and practical experience to accurately diagnose and address the problem.
