Product Description

The intelligent glass cutting assembly line, a marvel of modern engineering, consists of three advanced systems:the highly efficient loading table, precise cutting table, and the innovative breaking table. The glass cutting process isfully automated, enabling swift and precise operations for picking, cutting, and utilizing the air floating table for breaking. Enhance your operations with optional features including automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, laser marking, and more. Perfectly suited for both straight and irregular cutting of flat glass, it serves construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, handicrafts, and many other industries.

The seamless workflow is as follows: The loading machine uses mechanical flipping to expertly lift glass raw sheets from the material rack with vacuum suction cups, placing them onto the loading platform. The glass is then smoothly transported to the cutting platform via rollers and a conveyor belt. The cutting machine's tool box, powered by a servo motor, moves the tool with high speed precision in the X and Y axes, while the Z-axis motor skillfully rotates to fine-tune the tool's trajectory. Analog signals meticulously control the tool's pressure and depth, enabling simultaneous four-axis movement for impeccable cutting. Once cutting is complete, the glass is directed to the air floating breaking table, where it is expertly broken using air flotation technology.

Loading machine

The loading machine is designed for automated glass handling, efficiently separating glass raw sheets from the glass frame, transitioning them from vertical to horizontal orientation, and channeling them towards the cutting table.

The workflow unfolds as follows: Position the glass precisely, trigger the pick-up signal, and watch as the upper arm elegantly flips upwards via the flipping mechanism. As the machine advances, the sensing device on the lower arm detects the glass, halting movement; the vacuum pump then initiates suction, and once it's complete, the suction cup

arm elevates, the walking motor retracts, and the flipping arm gracefully levels the glass. Air is gently blown by the suction cup, allowing the glass to rest upon the conveyor wheel; it then undergoes horizontal transmission positioning, awaiting the cutting machine's signal to proceed to the cutting table. This entire meticulous process is controlled by a sophisticated PLC system.
