Section 01: Input Conveyor
This essential section efficiently transmits the glass into the washing and drying phase. It features carbon fiber conductive brushes specifically for coating and detecting Low-e glass.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying StageGlass Washing and Drying Section
1. Robust stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials are utilized for all washing areas, water tanks, and waterway systems, ensuring long-lasting performance.
2. Each of the 6 brushes operates independently, driven by 6 separate motors, ensuring one motor's failure doesn't hinder the others.
3. Brush and motor are directly coupled, eliminating any slip or idling, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.
4. The front 3 brushes, with a soft 0.1 mm diameter, are designed for gentle Low-E glass washing to avoid film damage. The back 3 brushes, with a hard 0.2 mm diameter, are perfect for standard glass cleaning.

3. The robust front pressing plate frame features an adjustable two-layer design, ensuring optimal flatness and enduring reliability over prolonged use.
4. Each suction cup within the panel press is fitted with an individual logic valve, with operation partitioned according to glass size, for precision handling.
5. Automated online argon gas filling: Suitable for both double IGU and triple IGU; with inflation entering from the bottom side, ensuring optimal fill.
Section 07: Output Conveyor
This section plays a crucial role in transmitting and storing glass, significantly boosting work efficiency.
When integrated with a sealing robot, this section is capable of storing glass units effectively.
