Section 01: Input Conveyor
This essential section expertly directs the glass to the washing and drying station. Utilizing carbon fiber conductive brushes, it seamlessly detects coatings on standard and Low-e glass.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying Sectionlass washing and drying section
1. Fabricated using stainless and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring durability for all washing areas, water tanks, and water pathways.
2. Features six independently driven brushes powered by individual motors, ensuring that one motor's issue does not impede the others.
3. The coupling design connects the brush directly to the motor, eliminating slip or idle motor issues, ensuring seamless operation.
4. The initial three brushes are delicately soft, with a diameter of 0.1 mm, perfect for nurturing Low-E glass without harming the film, while the subsequent three are robust with a 0.2 mm diameter for standard glass cleaning.

2. The panel press is precisely controlled by an advanced servo motor.
3. The front pressing plate's steel frame incorporates a dual-layer design, enabling flawless flatness adjustment for optimal panel pressing.
4. Each suction cup in the panel press is equipped with an independent logic valve, allowing partitioned operation based on the glass size, ensuring precision.
5. Seamless and automatic argon gas filling: Tailored for double and triple IGUs, with inflation originating from the bottom for superior results.
Section 07: Output Conveyor
This segment expertly transfers and stores glass, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
When integrated with the sealing robot, it adeptly accommodates and stores glass units.
