Section 01: Input Conveyor
This section masterfully ushers the glass into the washing and drying arena. Employing carbon fiber conductive brushes, it deftly handles the detection of coated and Low-e glass.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying Section
1. All washing areas, water tanks, and waterways are crafted from premium stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure longevity and reliability.
2. With 6 independently driven brushes, each powered by its own motor, any individual malfunction will not hinder the seamless operation of the others.
3. The coupling connection of brush and motor ensures direct linkage, eliminating any risk of slippage or motor idling, thus maintaining consistent performance.
4. The first trio of brushes, being soft with a 0.1 mm diameter, are tailored for delicate Low-E glass, safeguarding its film, while the subsequent hard brushes, at 0.2 mm, efficiently cleanse ordinary glass.

1. A robust steel frame provides formidable strength to the machine body.
2. The panel press is expertly controlled by Servo Motor.
3. The panel pressing plate boasts a steel frame with two layers, adjustable for optimal flatness, ensuring superior results even after extensive use.
4. Each suction cup is enhanced with a dedicated logic valve, enabling partitioned operations tailored to the glass size.
5. Automatic online gas filling: Perfect for double IGU & triple IGU, with Argon inflation innovatively initiated from the bottom.
Section 07: Output Conveyor.
This section is engineered to transmit and store glass intelligently, significantly boosting work efficiency.
When paired with a sealing robot, it offers the added capability of storing glass units.
