The state-of-the-art tool box, mounted on the beam of the cutting machine, utilizes a servo motor to expertly maneuver the tool with high speed precision in both X and Y directions. arm to rise, the walking motor to retract, and the flipping arm to level the glass. A gentle air blow from the suction cup ensures the glass descends smoothly onto the conveyor wheel; Horizontal transmission positioning involves waiting for the cutting machine to signal before proceeding to the cutting table. The entire process is flawlessly controlled by an advanced PLC system.
