Section 01: Input Conveyor
This segment primarily facilitates the transfer of glass into the washing and drying area. It features advanced carbon fiber conductive brushes specifically for coated and Low-e glass detection.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying Section
1. The washing area, water tank, and waterway system utilize stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring longevity and durability.
2. Each of the 6 brushes is powered by an independent motor, ensuring that the operation remains unaffected if any individual motor encounters a problem.
3. The brush-motor connection utilizes a coupling system, providing a direct link to prevent slipping or motor idling.
4. The front three brushes, with a fine 0.1 mm diameter, are crafted for gentle Low-E glass cleaning, preserving delicate coatings, while the robust back brushes, at 0.2 mm, cater to standard glass cleaning.

1. The machine body is reinforced with a denser steel frame for enhanced structural strength.
2. The panel press is seamlessly controlled by a high-precision Servo motor. .
3. The front pressing plate boasts a dual-layer steel frame with adjustable flatness, ensuring optimal panel pressing even after extensive use.
4. Each suction cup within the panel press is outfitted with an individual logic valve, allowing the suction cups to function in sections based on glass size.
5. Automated online gas filling system: Efficiently handles double and triple IGU, with argon gas strategically introduced from the bottom.
Section 07: Output Conveyor
This section not only transfers but also stores glass, significantly boosting operational efficiency. When integrated with a sealing robot, it effectively stores glass units.
