Conditions of Use
(1) Gas Source: Ensure your facility provides a consistent air source meeting necessary air pressure requirements, with a storage capacity of less than 0.30 cubic meters. Working air pressure: 0.3-0.5Mpa.
(2) Power Source: Requires a stable single-phase AC220V power supply to ensure smooth operation.
3. Main Structure of Product
The equipment has three integral parts: mechanical, pneumatic, and control. The mechanical section includes positioning, horizontal and vertical pressing, drilling, top, and positioning components. The control system comprises a sophisticated computer, power switch indicator, intermediate relay, foot switch, electric mill, and solenoid valve. The pneumatic section features cylinders activating each component's function.
4. Installation and Adjustment
4.1 To ensure stability, place the device in a dry, level environment. Adjust gaps between the device and the ground to maintain a stable level.
4.2 Securely connect the power cable and the central air source.
4.3 Adjust the positioning plate to match the aluminum strip specifications, ensuring central punching alignment.
5. Use Order and Method
5.1 Activate the power switch on the electric cabinet panel; the red power indicator should illuminate.
5.2 Position the inflatable components above the lower jacking positioning head.
5.3 Align the aluminum frame with the positioning plate, establish hole positions, and make any necessary corrections.
5.4 Engage the foot switch to initiate automatic material positioning and pressing, followed by automated drilling and component insertion.
6. Use Precautions:
6.1 Prior to use, carefully read the Instruction Manual. For any uncertainties, consult the manufacturer’s service for guidance.
6.2 Refrain from disassembling the electric control section without manufacturer guidance to prevent accidents; avoid altering the controller to prevent electrical damage.
6.3 Exercise caution during operation, keeping hands clear of drilling and pressing zones to ensure personal safety.
6.4 In emergencies, immediately turn off the power switch.
6.5 Regularly check the drill bit, a wear-prone component, and replace it if the drilling performance diminishes.
Seven. Care and Maintenance
7.1 Install a gas filter at the compressed air outlet to safeguard the electromagnetic valve or cylinder from contaminants or moisture; clean the filter regularly.
7.2 After each shift, thoroughly clean aluminum cuttings from the machine to avoid disrupting subsequent operations.
7.3 Regularly apply anti-rust oil to the countertops to maintain optimal condition.
