B.02 (Washing and Drying)

1. This section boasts a robust, thickened stainless steel box, built for long-lasting durability.
2. The cleaning section is equipped with three pairs of alternating soft and hard brushes, capable of cleaning low-e glass. The universal nozzles ensure thorough cleaning without missed spots and are complemented by water heating for effective winter cleaning.
3. A double hollow bottom design in the cleaning box prevents water accumulation, significantly extending the bearing's lifespan.
4. The spray and intake pipes are crafted from stainless steel, effectively preventing aging over time.
5. The cleaning section's bearing is protected by three seals: upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers, effectively preventing water and glass dust infiltration.
6. The drying section utilizes an aluminum profile air knife, delivering uniform and dense airflow to ensure thorough drying on each side of the glass.
7. Equipped with a powerful 15 kW fan and bellows featuring sound absorption technology, this machine delivers high efficiency while minimizing noise pollution.
