Section 01: Input Conveyor

This vital section expertly channels glass to the washing and drying station. With carbon fiber conductive brushes, it adeptly identifies coatings on both standard and Low-e glass.

Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying SectionGlass washing and drying section

1.Crafted with stainless and corrosion-resistant materials, it ensures long-lasting durability across all washing areas, water tanks, and pathways.

2.Equipped with six independently driven brushes, each powered by its own motor, ensuring uninterrupted operation even if one motor encounters issues.

3.The coupling design directly links the brush to the motor, eliminating slippage or idle motor issues, ensuring flawless operation.
