Section 01: Input Conveyor
The primary purpose of this section is to transport the glass into the washing and drying zone. Innovative carbon fiber conductive brushes are employed for precise coating detection on both standard and Low-e glass.

1. Constructed with high-grade stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring durability of the washing area, water tank, and waterway system.
2. Independent six-motor drive system for the brushes, ensuring seamless operation even if one motor encounters an issue.
3. Direct coupling connection between brushes and motors eliminates slippage or idling, providing reliable performance.
4. Equipped with front soft brushes (0.1 mm) for Low-E glass to prevent film damage, and hard brushes (0.2 mm) at the back for standard glass cleaning.

2. The panel press is powered by a Servo Motor.
3. Front pressing plate's steel frame features dual layers, allowing flatness adjustments for optimal pressing results over time.
4. Each panel press suction cup is equipped with a dedicated logic valve, enabling partitioned operation according to glass size.
5. Automatic Online Gas Filling: Suitable for both double and triple IGUs; Argon gas is infused from the bottom.
Section 07: Output Conveyor
Designed to transport and store glass units, enhancing overall work efficiency.
When integrated with a sealing robot, this section efficiently stores glass units.
