The streamlined process is as follows: The loading machine's mechanical flipping efficiently lifts the glass raw sheets from the material rack using vacuum suction cups and places them onto the loading platform. Subsequently, the glass is smoothly transported to the cutting platform via rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform. The tool box, mounted on the cutting machine's crossbeam, is propelled by a high-precision servo motor, enabling rapid movement in the X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor's rotation ensures the tool's precise tangent trajectory, while analog signals finely control the tool pressure and depth. This synchronized four-axis movement facilitates flawless cutting. Once cutting is finalized, the glass is conveyed to the air floating breaking table, where the floating air, generated by the conveyor belts on both the cutting and breaking tables, completes the breaking process.

The detailed workflow is as follows: Position the glass precisely, initiate the pick-up signal, and the upper arm will elevate via the flipping mechanism as the machine advances forward. The moment the sensing device on the lower arm makes contact with the glass, the machine halts; The vacuum pump then engages, commencing the suction process. Once the suction is complete, the suction cup
arm elevates, the walking motor retracts, and the flipping arm descends to level the glass. The suction cup then releases air, allowing the glass to rest onto the conveyor wheel. With horizontal transmission positioning, the glass awaits the cutting machine's go-ahead signal for conveyance to the cutting table. This entire operation is orchestrated and monitored through PLC control for maximum efficiency and safety.
