Section 01: Input Conveyor
Engineered to seamlessly transmit glass to the washing and drying section, this conveyor utilizes carbon fiber conductive brushes, ensuring precise coating glass and low-e glass detection.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying SectionGlass Washing and Drying Section
1. Crafted from stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, the washing area, water tank, and waterway system ensure durability and longevity.
2. With six independent motors powering the brushes, enjoy uninterrupted operation even if one motor encounters an issue.
3. The brush and motor connect directly via coupling, eliminating slippage and idle motor phenomena for seamless operation.
4. Designed for specialized care, the first three soft brushes (0.1 mm diameter) gently cleanse Low-E glass to prevent film damage, while the sturdier back brushes (0.2 mm diameter) tackle standard glass.

1. Built with a denser steel frame, the machine body guarantees enhanced strength and durability.
2. The panel press is governed by a Servo Motor.
3. Featuring a two-layer steel frame, the front pressing plate ensures consistent flatness, even with prolonged use. Two Layers, ensuring optimal long-term flatness.
4. Each suction cup in the panel press is equipped with a dedicated logic valve, allowing them to operate in partitions based on glass size.
5. Experience the convenience of automatic online gas filling: Capable of handling both double and triple IGU, with Argon inflation initiated from the bottom.
Section 07: Output Conveyor
Designed to transmit and store glass efficiently, this section enhances workflow productivity.
When integrated with the sealing robot, this section provides storage for glass units, optimizing space and efficiency.
