Product Description
The main material of the product is imported butyl rubber, and the auxiliary materials are mostly imported raw materials. The product has flame retardancy, permanent viscosity, elasticity, and sealing properties, making it a non-toxic, odorless, and excellent environmental protection material. The product adheres firmly to steel plates, paint films, and wood, with high temperature resistance (170~190 ºC) and low temperature resistance (-80~-40 ºC), high ductility, good flexibility, and good pressure resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, anti-seepage, rust prevention, deformation resistance, and seismic resistance. It can be operated and used in an environment of -40~80 ºC
Butyl strip sealant is a kind of non-drying adhesive strip with high strength, good adhesive and aging resistance. It is easy to use and widely used, suitable for the shock absorption of vehicle windshield, door waterproof membrane, decorative parts, lights, bus body and frame, as well as the sealing of body seams, engine, flange and other parts, it will remain permanently sealing and waterproofing.
Installation:
1. The pinch weld areas should be dry, clean, free from dust, oil and grease.
2. Pull off desired sealant, get rid of the isolation paper.
3. Press it sufficiently around the pinch weld for a complete contact.
When properly positioned, the tape should be continuously attached to the pinch weld. The purpose of the sealer is to provide for a watertight seal and shock absorption.

Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer (factory)?
A1: We are one of the biggest manufacturers in China, specialized in color coated (painted) aluminum coils and panels for over 10 years.
Q2: Do you have color coated aluminum coils (strips, trim, foil) or panels (boards, sheet, strap) in stock?
A2: No. All goods will be produced according to the customer's orders.
Q3: What is the delivery time when the customer will place the order?
A3: It usually takes 25 days to finish the production. However, the exact lead time will be decided by different orders and our production lines' situation.
Q4: Can I mix different colors or specifications in one container?
A4: Yes, different colors or specifications can be mixed in one container. But it cannot be less than the MOQ of 7 tons coils or 200 sheets panels per pattern (color).
Q5: How well is your factory doing in quality control?
A5: Our factory passed ISO 9001 and BV International Quality System Certification. Our CEP panels (board, sheet) passed Fire Retardant B1 Grade.
