Under no circumstances should it be stored alongside corrosive substances. For outdoor storage, implement robust rain and moisture-proof measures to safeguard the equipment.
6.2.2 Sealing: It's essential to guarantee that the equipment remains rust-free due to improper packaging within three months. If storage extends beyond this period, it is imperative to reseal the equipment.
7. Installation and Commissioning
7.1 Installation
7.1.1 Unpacking: Upon opening the container, carefully relocate the insulating glass hot press and its packaging base to a secure position. Employ suitable transport tools to move the hot press to its designated position, ensuring it is laid flat and stable.
7.1.2 Grounding
For safety assurance, the hollow glass hot pressing machine must be grounded. Utilize a yellow and green double-stranded soft copper body (insulator) with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 square mm. Post-grounding, ensure the resistance between the machine body and the main ground point is below 0.1 ohms.
7.1.3 Connecting the Power Supply: The equipment requires a 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire system for power supply.
7.2 Adjustment: Begin by connecting the equipment, then proceed to level the entire machine for optimal operation.
