The RYB1600(A) Insulating Glass Hot Press is an indispensable piece of equipment in the advanced processing of insulating glass. It is chiefly utilized for the hot pressing procedure following the processing of composite rubber strip insulating glass.

3. Main Structural Characteristics

6. Handling and Storage

6.1 Precautions During Transportation:
6.1.1 Ensure that the certified insulating glass hot press, along with its accessories, is securely anchored within the packaging to avert damage from mutual impacts.
6.1.2 During storage and transit, utilize soft lifting ropes in accordance with specified signs to elevate and load the equipment, avoiding collisions during transport.
6.2 Storage
6.2.1 For optimal protection, the insulating glass hot press should be securely stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse. It is of utmost importance to ensure it is kept apart from any corrosive substances. In cases where outdoor storage is unavoidable, robust rain and moisture-proof measures must be employed to safeguard the equipment.
6.2.2 Sealing: It is imperative to seal the equipment meticulously to prevent any rusting due to improper packaging for a duration of up to three months. Should it remain unused beyond this period, it must be resealed to maintain its integrity.
7. Installation and commissioning
7.1 Installation
7.1.1 Unpacking: Once the container is unpacked, ensure the insulating glass hot press and its packaging base are safely relocated. Utilize suitable transport tools to carefully position the hot press and ensure it is evenly padded and stable.
7.1.2 Grounding
For utmost safety, the hollow glass hot pressing machine must be properly grounded. Use a yellow and green double-stranded soft copper conductor (insulator) with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 square mm. After grounding, the resistance between the machine body and the main ground point must not exceed 0.1 ohms.
7.1.3 Connecting the Power Supply: The machine requires a 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire system for its power supply.
7.2 Adjustment: Initially, connect the equipment, and then meticulously level the entire machine to ensure precise operation.
