3. Main Structural Characteristics
The equipment's roller component features a screw structure to enhance the yield of insulating glass. The transmission component is crafted from premium rubber and high-quality steel pipes. This machine is renowned for its dependable performance, straightforward operation, and ease of maintenance.
4. Main Components
The machine is composed of input, output, heating, and roller pressing sections, along with transmission and other integral parts.
4.1 Input and Output
This component primarily facilitates the connection of glass between processes and transfers it seamlessly for subsequent processing in the hot pressing stage.
4.2 Heating Part
This segment predominantly comprises a steel roller with upper and lower heating frames. Post-heating to approximately 55°C, the glass surface advances to the roller pressure section.
4.3 Roller Pressure Part
This portion is principally made up of a press roller, lead screw, and frame. Upon entry, the glass is molded into insulating glass form.
4.4 Transfer Part
The transmission system uses a chain drive, powered by a reducer that drives the entire transfer roller system. The output speed is modulated via a frequency converter, enhancing power efficiency and ensuring stable glass transfer.
4.5 Electrical System: The unit features an independent electric control cabinet, promoting centralized management and ensuring safe operation.
5. Working Environment
The insulating glass hot press ought to be stationed on a dry, non-corrosive gas indoor cement floor, maintaining a temperature range of 15ºC-35ºC, and should be connected to a 380V, 50Hz power source, with water accessibility ensured.
6. Handling and Storage
To preserve the operational performance and precision of the insulating glass hot press, heed the following guidance during lifting and storage:
6.1 Precautions During Transportation:
6.1.1 Ensure that the certified insulating glass hot press, along with its accessories, is securely anchored within the packaging to avert damage from mutual impacts.
6.1.2 During storage and transit, utilize soft lifting ropes in accordance with specified signs to elevate and load the equipment, avoiding collisions during transport.
6.2 Storage
6.2.1 For optimal protection, the insulating glass hot press should be securely stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse. It is of utmost importance to ensure it is kept apart from any corrosive substances. In cases where outdoor storage is unavoidable, robust rain and moisture-proof measures must be employed to safeguard the equipment.
6.2.2 Sealing: It is imperative to seal the equipment meticulously to prevent any rusting due to improper packaging for a duration of up to three months. Should it remain unused beyond this period, it must be resealed to maintain its integrity.
7. Installation and commissioning
7.1 Installation
7.1.1 Unpacking: Once the container is unpacked, ensure the insulating glass hot press and its packaging base are safely relocated. Utilize suitable transport tools to carefully position the hot press and ensure it is evenly padded and stable.
7.1.2 Grounding
For utmost safety, the hollow glass hot pressing machine must be properly grounded. Use a yellow and green double-stranded soft copper conductor (insulator) with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 square mm. After grounding, the resistance between the machine body and the main ground point must not exceed 0.1 ohms.
7.1.3 Connecting the Power Supply: The machine requires a 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire system for its power supply.
7.2 Adjustment: Initially, connect the equipment, and then meticulously level the entire machine to ensure precise operation.
8. Use and operation
Before operating, perform a thorough check to ensure the equipment is functioning normally. Upon stopping, allow the machine to run without load for 2 minutes to assess its technical condition before turning off the power and halting operation.
9. Maintenance and maintenance
Regular lubrication of the drive shaft is essential to maintain smooth and efficient operation.
10. Common faults and troubleshooting methods
To empower users with the knowledge to promptly address common issues with the horizontal thermal sealing machine, this section provides an analysis of frequent faults and their causes, along with concise troubleshooting methods (refer to Table 1). In the event of a fault, if the solutions within this chapter are insufficient, it is crucial to accurately diagnose the issue considering the specific circumstances and apply practical experience for thorough inspection, analysis, and resolution.
