4. Driven by a variable-frequency motor, this system offers unparalleled stability and efficiency, ensuring consistent high performance.

5. With advanced capability to automatically identify LOW-E and coated glass, this system is equipped with a comprehensive alarm setup: it includes a stop photoelectric device and a precise measuring device for glass thickness and size. The brush and air knife smartly adjust to the glass thickness for optimal processing.

Paragraph 02 (Cleaning and Drying Section)

1. Engineered with robust thickened stainless steel boxes, the cleaning section guarantees exceptional durability and resilience.

2. The cleaning section is powered by an array of 9 motors. Of these, 6 motors independently drive 6 brushes, each perfectly synchronized for peak stability and efficiency.

3. Featuring three pairs of brushes alternating between soft and hard, it excels at cleaning single silver and double silver low-e glass, ensuring comprehensive care.

4. Employing universal nozzles, this system delivers thorough cleaning without missing any spots. Additionally, water heating is integrated to maintain cleaning efficacy during winter.

5. All cleaning tank accessories are crafted from stainless steel and aluminum, effectively preventing rust and aging, thereby enhancing longevity.

6. The cleaning box's base utilizes a double-layer hollowed-out design, effectively preventing water accumulation and significantly extending the service life of bearings.

7. The spray pipe and the cleaning tank's inlet pipe are seamlessly connected with stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to aging.

8. Comprehensive sealing is applied to all bearings in the cleaning section, featuring upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers to prevent water and glass dust intrusion.

9. The drying section is equipped with aluminum profile air knives that offer highly uniform and dense air output, ensuring effective drying of each glass surface.

10. A 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan, which is both highly efficient and energy-saving, is accompanied by a sound-absorbing device within the box to minimize noise pollution.

When glass is positioned at the air knife, the air outlet smartly closes to prevent air knife marks, thereby enhancing glass quality.

12. Guided by the advanced thickness measurement from Paragraph 01, the brush and air knife extend fully to match the glass thickness, effectively cleaning glass from 3 to 30mm thick.

2. Plate pressing is precisely controlled by a servo motor, utilizing a ball screw for perfect synchronous pressing and parallel alignment of plate surfaces. With adjustable pressing torque and hold time for varying glass sizes, it delivers precision and speed.

3. The intelligent photoelectric system automatically measures glass dimensions, optimizing gas valve openings for superior gas conservation, utilization, and filling efficiency.

The glass inflation rate astoundingly exceeds 90%, with an incredibly swift inflation efficiency of just 3 to 5 seconds per square meter. This ensures unbeatable speed and productivity. The double-plate pressing system is meticulously regulated by advanced servo motors, guaranteeing the utmost precision and unparalleled flatness for the double-plate surface pressing.

5. Our innovative double-plate pressing system is equipped with two dedicated workstations. Each station operates autonomously, allowing for simultaneous processing of different glass types, enhancing flexibility and throughput.

6. The synchronized movement of the double-plate pressing linkage allows it to advance and retreat in unison, perfectly suited for pressing extensive glass surfaces and fulfilling the demanding production requirements of oversized glass panels.
