Experience a flawlessly orchestrated workflow: Begin with the mechanical flipping of the loading machine. Glass raw sheets are safely removed from the material rack via vacuum suction cups and gently set upon the loading platform. The glass embarks on its path to the cutting platform, journeying smoothly over rollers and a conveyor belt. The cutting machine, powered by a servo motor, navigates the tool across the X and Y axes with lightning speed. The Z-axis motor elegantly directs the tool's trajectory, controlling pressure and depth via analog signals. In a symphony of precision, all four axes collaborate for perfect cutting. Post-cutting, the glass gracefully transitions to the air floating breaking table, where the conveyor belt guides it to the next stage.

Loading machine

The quintessential loading machine is dedicated to the automatic retrieval of glass, securely detaching raw sheets from the frame, transitioning them from vertical to horizontal, and seamlessly guiding them to the cutting table.

The process unfolds as follows: Position the glass with precision, initiate the pick-up signal, then witness as the upper arm elegantly ascends, driven by the flipping mechanism. The entire apparatus advances until the lower arm's sensor gently contacts the glass, halting motion. The vacuum pump then springs to action, securing a firm grip, allowing the suction cup

arm to ascend. The walking motor retracts, and the flipping arm pivots downward, leveling the glass. A soft air blow from the suction cup facilitates the glass's descent onto the conveyor wheel. With precision, it awaits the cutting machine's signal to proceed to the cutting table. This finely-tuned process is orchestrated by the PLC system.
