5. This advanced system automatically discerns LOW-E and coated glass, featuring an alarm. Equipped with a stop photoelectric device and a precise measuring tool, it gauges glass thickness and size, while the brush and air knife adeptly adjust to the glass's thickness.

1. The robust cleaning section boasts thickened stainless steel boxes that guarantee durability and strength.

2. Featuring 9 powerful motors, the cleaning section ensures each of the 6 brushes rotates independently with precision, providing stability and high efficiency.

3. The triad of brush pairs, alternating between soft and hard, masterfully cleans single and double silver low-e glass with excellence.

4. Equipped with universal nozzles, this system delivers a thorough clean without missing a spot, aided by water heating for effective winter cleaning.

5. Built with stainless steel and aluminum, all accessories in the cleaning tank resist rust and aging, enhancing longevity.

6. A double-layer hollowed-out design is implemented at the cleaning box base, preventing water buildup and prolonging bearing life.

7. Stainless steel connections between the spray and inlet pipes of the cleaning tank prevent aging and ensure durability.

8. All bearings in the cleaning section are equipped with seals: upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers shield against water and glass dust intrusion.

9. The drying section features aluminum profile air knives, delivering a consistently uniform and dense air output, ensuring thorough drying of each glass surface.

10. A 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan powers the system, maximizing efficiency while minimizing energy usage. Sound-absorbing devices further reduce noise pollution.

When glass arrives at the air knife position, the air outlet automatically closes, preventing undesirable marks and enhancing glass quality.
