6. Cleverly designed with a double-layer hollow bottom, the cleaning box base prevents water accumulation, thereby extending bearing longevity.

7. Stainless steel connections for spray and inlet pipes prevent aging, ensuring lasting performance.

8. Comprehensive sealing on all bearings in the cleaning section, including upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers, wards off water and glass dust infiltration.

9. The drying section features aluminum profile air knives, delivering a uniform and dense air output for effective drying on every glass surface.

10. A 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan is included, providing high efficiency and energy savings. A sound-absorbing device in the box minimizes noise pollution.

When glass pauses at the air knife position, the outlet smartly closes, preventing air knife marks and enhancing glass quality.
