RYB1600(A) type insulating glass hot press is a key supporting equipment in the deep processing of insulating glass, which is mainly used for the hot pressing of insulating glass after the composite rubber strip type insulating glass processing.

3. Main structural characteristics
The roller part of the equipment adopts the screw structure, which increases the yield of insulating glass. The transmission part of the equipment is made of high-quality rubber and high-quality steel pipe. This machine has reliable performance, simple operation and easy maintenance.
4. Main components
The machine consists of input, output, heating and roller pressing. Transmission and other parts of the composition.
4.1 Input and Output
This part is mainly used to connect the glass of one process and transfer the glass for the next process during the hot pressing process of glass.
4.2. Heating part
This part is mainly composed of steel roller and upper and lower heating frame. The glass surface is specially sent to the roller pressure part after the part is heated to about 55 ° C.
4.3 Roller pressure part
This part is mainly composed of press roller, lead screw, frame and so on. After the glass enters this part, the insulating glass is pressed into shape.
4.4 Transfer Part
The machine transmission adopts chain drive, by a reducer, drive the whole machine transfer roller to adjust the output speed of the reducer by the frequency converter. In this way, the power of the whole machine is greatly reduced, and the stability of the glass transmission process can be effectively ensured.
4.5 Electrical system: The machine is equipped with a separate electric control cabinet, which is conducive to centralized control and safe operation.
5. Working environment
The insulating glass hot press should be placed on a dry, non-corrosive gas, indoor hard cement floor at 15ºC-35ºC. And equipped with 380V, 50Hz power and water.
6. Handling and storage
In order to ensure the performance and accuracy of the insulating glass hot press, the following matters should be paid attention to during the lifting and storage process:
6.1 Matters to be noted during transportation:
6.1.1 The qualified insulating glass hot press and its spare parts and accessories shall be firmly fixed in the packing box to prevent damage due to collision with each other.
6.1.2 In the process of storage and transportation, the lifting soft rope should be lifted and loaded according to the lifting signs, and the collision should be prevented during road transportation.
6.2 Storage
6.2.1 The insulating glass hot press should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to store it together with corrosive substances. If it is stored in an open place, rain and moisture proof measures should be adopted.
6.2.2 Sealing: ensure that the equipment will not rust due to improper packaging within three months. If more than three months, should be re-sealed.
7. Installation and commissioning
7.1 Installation
7.1.1 Unpacking: After unpacking the container, move the insulating glass hot press and the packaging base to a safe position. Use a transport tool to move the insulating glass hot press to the position and pad it flat.
7.1.2 Grounding
In order to be safe, the hollow glass hot pressing machine body must be grounded, grounding using yellow and green double-stranded soft copper body (insulator), its cross-sectional area is 2.5 square mm, after grounding the resistance between the body and the main ground point should be less than 0.1 ohms.
7.1.3 Connecting the Power Supply: The power supply requires 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire system
7.2 Adjustment: Connect the equipment first, and then level the whole machine
8. Use and operation
Before use, check whether the equipment is in normal operation before use. Before stopping, the equipment should run for 2 minutes without load to observe the technical status of the machine, and turn off the power and stop.

10. Common faults and troubleshooting methods
