The efficient workflow unfolds as follows: Utilizing mechanical flipping, the loading machine expertly extracts the glass sheets from the rack with vacuum suction cups, positioning them onto the loading platform. The glass is then seamlessly transported to the cutting platform via rollers and conveyor belts. The cutting machine's tool box, powered by a servo motor, deftly navigates in X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring precise control over tool pressure, depth, and trajectory. This four-axis synchronization culminates in an impeccable cut. Following the cut, the glass is transferred to the air floating breaking table, where the conveyor-belt-induced air floatation ensures a flawless break.
