Section 01: Input Conveyor
This section is purposefully designed to seamlessly transmit glass to the washing and drying section. Utilizing state-of-the-art carbon fiber conductive brushes, it ensures precise detection for coating and Low-e glass.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying SectionGlass Washing and Drying Section
1. Constructed from premium stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring longevity for all washing areas, water tanks, and waterway systems.
2. Equipped with 6 independently driven brushes, each powered by a separate motor to ensure operational continuity, even if a single motor faces issues.
3. The brush and motor are directly coupled, eliminating slip or idle scenarios, ensuring consistent performance.
4. The front trio of brushes, with a delicate 0.1 mm diameter, is crafted for gentle Low-E glass washing, safeguarding the film, while the back trio, boasting a firm 0.2 mm diameter, is adept at washing ordinary glass.

1. Robust denser steel frame ensures a strong, resilient machine body.
2. The panel press is precisely controlled by a Servo Motor.
3. The front pressing plate is ingeniously designed with two layers, allowing adjustable flatness to maintain optimal panel pressing outcomes over time.
4. Each suction cup in the panel press is equipped with a dedicated logic valve, enabling partitioned operation tailored to glass size.
5. Fully automatic online Gas Fillingis perfect for both double IGU and triple IGU, with argon inflation strategically applied from the bottom side.
Section 07: Output Conveyor.
This section is dedicated to efficiently transmitting and storing glass, significantly boosting work efficiency.
When integrated with a sealing robot, this section adeptly stores glass units for streamlined operations.
