The Our innovative and intelligent glass cutting assembly line is composed of three pivotal systems:the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. This advanced glass cutting process isfully automated to ensure quick and precise execution of tasks such as picking, cutting, and utilizing the air floating table for breaking. To further enhance functionality, optional features are available including automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, laser marking, and more. This system is perfectly suited for both straight and irregular cutting of flat glass across various industries including construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, handicrafts, and more.
The workflow unfolds as follows: The loading machine employs mechanical flipping, efficiently removing the glass raw sheets from the material rack via vacuum suction cups and placing them onto the loading platform. The glass is then smoothly transported to the cutting platform by the rollers on the loading platform in conjunction with the conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform. A servo motor propels the tool box on the cutting machine's crossbeam, allowing high-speed movement of the tool in X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor further controls the tool's tangent path, while analog signals regulate the tool pressure and depth. With all four axes moving in unison, precise cutting is achieved. Post-cutting, the glass is seamlessly transferred to the air floating breaking table for breaking, facilitated by the air floating effect created by the conveyor belts on the cutting and breaking tables.

The loading machine is primarily utilized for the automated picking of glass, ensuring the safe separation of glass raw sheets from the glass frame. It adeptly transitions them from a vertical to a horizontal orientation, directing them towards the cutting table.
The workflow is detailed as follows: Position the glass in its designated place, initiate the pick-up signal, causing the upper arm to ascend via the flipping mechanism, while the entire assembly advances. Upon the lower arm's sensing device contacting the glass, the machine halts; The vacuum pump commences suction, lifting the suction cup
arm, reversing the walking motor, and flipping the arm down to level the glass. The suction cup then releases air, allowing the glass to descend onto the conveyor wheel; It is horizontally positioned and awaits a start signal from the cutting machine before advancing to the cutting table. The entire process is expertly controlled by PLC systems.
