The sophisticated workflow unfolds as follows: The loading machine employs dynamic mechanical flipping to gracefully extract glass raw sheets from the material rack with vacuum suction cups, gently placing them onto the loading platform. The glass then glides effortlessly to the cutting platform via the rollers on the loading platform, assisted by the conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform. The cutting machine's tool box, propelled by a high-speed servo motor, navigates the X and Y axes, while the Z-axis motor masterfully rotates to tailor the tool's tangent path. Simultaneously, analog signals finely adjust tool pressure and depth, orchestrating a harmonious four-axis cutting symphony. Once cutting is complete, the glass transitions to the air-floating breaking table, where it gracefully succumbs to the air floatation enabled by the conveyor belt on both the cutting and breaking tables.

The suction cup then delicately releases air, allowing the glass to rest on the conveyor wheel; Horizontal transmission positioning awaits the cutting machine's cue to proceed to the cutting table.
