5. It intelligently recognizes LOW-E and coated glass, featuring an integrated alarm system. The stop photoelectric device, thickness, and size measuring tools, along with the automatic opening of brushes and air knives, are all attuned to the glass's thickness.

Paragraph 02 (Cleaning and Drying Section)

1. The entire cleaning section is encased in robust, thickened stainless steel boxes, offering superior durability.

2. Equipped with 9 motors, each of the 6 motors independently drives one of the 6 brushes, ensuring unmatched stability and high efficiency with a one-to-one correspondence.

3. Three pairs of brushes, alternating soft and hard varieties, expertly cleanse single and double silver low-e glass.

4. Universal nozzles deliver comprehensive cleaning without dead corners, complemented by water heating to maintain efficiency even in winter.

5. All accessories within the cleaning tank are crafted from stainless steel and aluminum, preventing rust, aging, and enhancing longevity.

6. The cleaning box's base features a double-layer hollowed-out design, effectively preventing water accumulation and extending bearing life.

7. The spray and inlet pipes of the cleaning tank are seamlessly connected with stainless steel, ensuring long-term prevention of aging.

8. Comprehensive seals, including upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers, protect all bearings in the cleaning section from water and glass dust intrusion.

9. The drying section incorporates aluminum profile air knives, delivering a highly uniform and dense airflow for effective glass drying.

10. Equipped with a 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan, this system is both highly efficient and energy-saving, with a sound-absorbing device to minimize noise pollution.

11. When glass pauses at the air knife position, the air outlet automatically closes, preventing air knife marks and enhancing glass quality.

12. Building on the advanced thickness measurement from Paragraph 01, the brush and air knife adjust to the glass's thickness—from 3 to 30mm—for optimal cleaning.
