A.01 (Loading Glass)

1. Featuring a robust high-density composite board, this machine is exceptionally strong and durable. The traceless backrest wheel design minimizes any wheel marks, ensuring pristine glass handling.

2. Equipped with a wear-resistant transmission wheel complemented by a spring device, this feature substantially reduces friction between glass panes, enhancing durability and longevity.

B.02 (Washing and Drying)

1. Every unit in section 02 is constructed with a thickened stainless steel box, offering remarkable strength and durability to withstand rigorous usage.
2. The cleaning section boasts 3 pairs of brushes that alternate between soft and hard, proficient in cleaning low-E glass. The universal nozzle ensures thorough cleaning devoid of any dead angles, while water heating guarantees effective winter cleaning.
3. The innovative double hollow design of the cleaning box's bottom prevents water intrusion and enhances the bearing's service life.
4. Both the cleaning box spray pipe and intake pipe are robustly connected with stainless steel, effectively preventing aging and ensuring longevity.
5. The cleaning section's bearing is fortified with three protective seals: upper and lower oil seals coupled with waterproof covers to block water and glass dust from entering the bearing.
6. The drying section employs an aluminum profile air knife, ensuring a uniformly dense airstream that thoroughly dries each side of the glass for optimal results.
7. With a powerhouse 15 kW fan, this machine achieves superior efficiency. The bellows are accompanied by a sound absorption device, significantly reducing noise pollution.
