Section 01: Input conveyor
This essential section is dedicated to transmitting glass into the washing and drying area. With carbon fiber conductive brushes, it ensures precise detection for both coated and Low-e glass.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying Section
1. Crafted from robust stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, all components in the washing area, including the water tank and waterway system, promise unparalleled durability.
2. The innovative design of 6 independently driven brushes ensures continuous operation, minimizing downtime even if one brush encounters issues.
3. Featuring a direct coupling connection between the brush and motor, the design eliminates slippage or motor idling for seamless functionality.
4. With a smart brush system, the front 3 soft brushes (0.1 mm) cater to Low-E glass, preserving its film integrity, while the back 3 hard brushes (0.2 mm) efficiently clean ordinary glass.

1. A denser steel frame ensures a robust and enduring machine body.
2. The panel press is precisely controlled by a Servo motor.
3. The reinforced front pressing plate steel frame, with its dual-layer design, allows for adjustable flatness, guaranteeing optimal panel pressing smoothness even after extensive use.
4. Each suction cup in the panel press is equipped with its own logic valve, enabling partitioned operations tailored to the size of the glass.
5. Automatic online gas filling: Adaptable for double and triple IGUs, with Argon inflation ingeniously delivered from the bottom side.
Section 07: Output Conveyor.
Strategically designed to transmit and store glass, this section boosts work efficiency tremendously.
When seamlessly integrated with a sealing robot, it acts as a storage unit for glass, enhancing operational workflow.
