4. Employing a state-of-the-art variable-frequency drive motor, this equipment promises both stability and high efficiency, optimizing your operations seamlessly.

5. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, this machine automatically identifies LOW-E and coated glass and features an alarm system for added safety. It includes a stop photoelectric device, a precise measuring device for glass thickness and size, with brushes and air knives that adjust automatically according to glass thickness.

Paragraph 02 (Cleaning and Drying Section)

1. The entire cleaning section is fortified with thickened stainless steel boxes, ensuring unmatched sturdiness and longevity.

2. With 9 powerful motors, the cleaning section is a marvel of engineering. Six motors independently drive six brushes, each perfectly aligned for maximum stability and high-efficiency cleaning performance.

3. Featuring three pairs of brushes that alternate between soft and hard, this setup is designed to meticulously clean both single and double silver low-e glass, ensuring pristine results every time.

4. Our universal nozzles deliver a thorough clean without any dead corners, complemented by water heating to provide effective cleaning even in winter conditions.

5. All accessories in the cleaning tank are constructed from stainless steel and aluminum, preventing rust and aging while significantly boosting durability.

6. The cleaning box's bottom base is ingeniously designed with a double-layer hollowed-out structure, preventing water accumulation and extending bearing life.

7. With stainless steel connections for both the spray and inlet pipes, the cleaning tank is engineered to resist aging, ensuring a long-lasting performance.

8. Each bearing in the cleaning section is protected by upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers, effectively preventing ingress of water and glass dust.

9. The drying section features aluminum profile air knives with uniform and dense air output, ensuring comprehensive drying of each glass surface.

10. Equipped with a 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan, it is both highly efficient and energy-saving. A built-in sound-absorbing device reduces noise pollution, creating a quieter environment.

To prevent air knife marks and elevate glass quality, the air outlet automatically closes when the glass reaches the air knife position.

12. Thanks to advanced thickness measurement from Paragraph 01, the brush and air knife adjust to the precise thickness of the glass, efficiently cleaning glass from 3 to 30mm thick.
