Section 01: Input conveyor
The initial stage of the process, dedicated to seamlessly guiding glass into the subsequent washing and drying section, utilizes carbon fiber conductive brushes. These brushes are adept at detecting coated and Low-e glass, ensuring precision and care.
Section 02: Glass washing and drying section
1. Constructed with premium stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials, the washing area, water tank, and waterway system offer unparalleled durability and longevity.
2. The six brushes are independently powered by dedicated motors, ensuring uninterrupted operation even if one motor encounters an issue.
3. Brushes and motors are harmoniously connected through couplings, preventing any slip or idle motor occurrences for seamless operation.
4. The front trio of brushes, with a diameter of 0.1 mm, gently caters to Low-E glass, preserving the delicate film, while the rear trio, with a 0.2 mm diameter, efficiently addresses ordinary glass cleaning needs.

1. Built with a denser steel frame, this machine promises a robust body and enduring strength.
2. The panel press is precisely governed by a Servo motor.
3. The steel frame of the front pressing plate, featuring dual layers, allows for adjustable flatness, guaranteeing superior panel pressing flatness over extended use.
4. Each suction cup within the panel press boasts an individual logic valve, and operates in sections tailored to the glass dimensions for optimal functionality.
5. Offering automatic online gas filling: This feature caters to both double and triple IGUs, with Argon inflation innovatively starting from the bottom.
Section 07: Output conveyor.
This segment efficiently handles the transmission and storage of glass, elevating work efficiency. It's adept at storing glass units, especially when integrated with a sealing robot.
When connected with sealing robot, this section can store glass units.
