This advanced production line is engineered to produce both ordinary and low-e insulating glass. It is an exemplary equipment choice for mass production, boasting a high degree of automation, remarkable efficiency, and user-friendly operation and maintenance.
Section 01: Input Conveyor
This crucial section efficiently transports glass into the subsequent washing and drying phase. Featuring carbon fiber conductive brushes, it expertly detects coatings on glass and Low-e glass.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying Section
1. Constructed with stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring durability for all washing areas, water tanks, and waterway systems.
2. The six brushes are independently powered by individual motors, ensuring operational resilience even if one motor encounters an issue.
3. Employing a direct coupling connection, each brush motor seamlessly integrates with its brush, eliminating slippage and motor idling.
4. The initial three brushes are soft, with a diameter of 0.1 mm, ideal for Low-E glass to avoid film damage. The subsequent three are hard brushes of 0.2 mm, perfect for ordinary glass cleaning.

1. Features a denser steel frame, enhancing the robustness of the machine body.
2. The panel press operations are finely controlled by a Servo Motor.
3. The front pressing plate's steel frame is meticulously designed with two layers, allowing adjustable flatness for optimal long-term panel pressing.
4. Each suction cup within the panel press is integrated with a dedicated logic valve, enabling partitioned operation based on glass size.
5. Automatic online gas filling: Perfectly suited for double and triple IGU, with Argon inflation performed from the bottom side.
Section 07: Output Conveyor.
This section efficiently facilitates the transmission and storage of glass, significantly boosting work efficiency.
When integrated with a sealing robot, this section effectively stores glass units.
