The glass is then smoothly guided to the cutting platform via rollers and a conveyor belt. The cutting machine's tool box, powered by a servo motor, maneuvers the tool with high velocity along the X and Y axes, while the Z-axis motor ensures precise control of the tool's trajectory. Coordinated analog signals finely tune the tool's pressure and depth. The synchronized movement of four axes guarantees impeccable cutting. Post-cutting, the glass transitions to the air floating breaking table, where it's expertly separated using air floating mechanisms integrated into the conveyor belt system of both the cutting and breaking tables.

arm gracefully lifts, the walking motor retracts, and the flipping arm repositions down to align the glass level. The suction cup releases air, allowing the glass to settle onto the conveyor wheel. With meticulous horizontal positioning, the glass awaits the cutting machine's cue before proceeding to the cutting table. The entire process is expertly governed by PLC for seamless control.
