6. The cleaning box's bottom base employs a double-layer hollowed-out design, effectively preventing water accumulation and extending the bearing's service life.

7. Stainless steel connections between the spray and inlet pipes of the cleaning tank prevent aging, ensuring long-lasting performance.

8. Comprehensive seals on all bearings in the cleaning section—upper and lower oil seals, and waterproof covers—safeguard against water and glass dust infiltration.

9. The drying section uses premium aluminum profile air knives, delivering a very uniform and dense air output to ensure each glass surface is thoroughly dried.

10. Featuring a 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan, this system is not only highly efficient but also energy-saving, with an integrated sound-absorbing device to minimize noise pollution.

When the glass pauses at the air knife position, the air outlet automatically closes to prevent air knife marks, thereby enhancing the glass quality.
