The The intelligent glass cutting assembly line is a state-of-the-art system, consisting of three core systems designed for optimal efficiency:the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. This remarkable glass cutting process iscompletely automated, ensuring rapid, precise execution of picking, cutting, and air flotation table breaking. Enhanced with optional features like automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, and laser marking, it is well-suited for both straight and intricate cuts of flat glass, serving industries such as construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror assembly, handicrafts, and beyond.
The workflow unfolds as follows: The loading machine employs mechanical flipping to expertly handle the glass raw sheets, which are deftly removed from the material rack via vacuum suction cups and gently placed onto the loading platform. The glass is then seamlessly transported to the cutting platform via rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt of the glass cutting platform. The cutting machine's crossbeam houses a tool box driven by a servo motor, enabling swift, high-precision movement of the tool in both X and Y directions. Concurrently, the Z-axis motor rotates to finesse the tool's tangent path, while analog signals meticulously control the tool's pressure and depth. This sophisticated coordination of the four axes ensures precision cutting. Post-cutting, the glass advances to the air floating breaking table, where it is delicately broken by the air flotation facilitated by the conveyor belts on both the cutting table and breaking table.

The workflow is conducted as follows: position the glass appropriately, signal for pick-up, and the upper arm gracefully flips upwards using the flipping mechanism, prompting the entire machine to advance. Upon the lower arm's sensor contacting the glass, the machine halts; the vacuum pump then initiates suction, and once secured, the suction cup
arm elevates, the walking motor retracts, and the flipping arm adjusts downwards to level the glass. Air is expelled from the suction cup, allowing the glass to rest gently onto the conveyor wheel; it then undergoes horizontal transmission positioning, awaiting the cutting machine's conveyance signal to transfer it to the cutting table. The entire operation is seamlessly controlled by a PLC system.
