1. The entire cleaning section is fortified with robust thickened stainless steel boxes, ensuring sturdiness and longevity.

2. This section is powered by 9 motors, with 6 dedicated to driving the 6 brushes independently, ensuring unmatched stability and efficiency through precise one-to-one brush-to-motor alignment.

3. Featuring three pairs of brushes, alternating between soft and hard, this setup expertly cleans single silver and double silver low-e glass with ease and precision.

4. Utilizing universal nozzles, it guarantees comprehensive cleaning without any missed spots, enhanced by water heating for exceptional winter cleaning performance.

5. All components within the cleaning tank are crafted from stainless steel and aluminum, preventing rust and aging while significantly boosting durability.

6. The cleaning box's base features a double-layer hollowed-out design, preventing water build-up and extending the bearing's service life.

7. The spray and inlet pipes of the cleaning tank are seamlessly connected with stainless steel, effectively preventing aging.

8. Comprehensive sealing on all bearings in the cleaning section, including upper and lower oil seals and waterproof covers, effectively blocks water and glass dust intrusion.

9. The drying section employs aluminum profile air knives, delivering exceptionally uniform and dense air output to thoroughly dry every glass surface.

10. Equipped with a potent 22-kilowatt high-pressure silencing fan, it offers remarkable efficiency and energy savings, complemented by a sound-absorbing device to minimize noise pollution.

When glass stays at the air knife's position, the air outlet intuitively closes, preventing marks and elevating glass quality.
